We ask that you provide all of the following information to ensure that we can contact you to validate your claim. Once your claim has been validated all of the information you have provided will be destroyed. You will not be contacted by GOLO for any other reason other than to validate your winning number claim.
Please provide all of the following:

2) Your TELEPHONE NUMBER including area code
3) Your TICKET NUMBER which should be the full number as printed on your ticket.
4) The MONTH of the draw as printed on your ticket.
5) The VALUE OF PRIZE you are claiming, if you know this.
You have three months from the date of the draw to have your claim validated.
