Contact GOLO to Claim Your Prize

If you are the holder of a winning ticket you can claim £10 and £50 prizes in person. Higher value prizes are redeemed directly with GOLO. Ticket vendors are not authorised to verify claims and cannot issue prizes.

You have three months from the date of the draw printed on your winning ticket to claim your prize. Winning tickets that are not submitted for verification before the expiry deadline will be deemed invalid and the prize money allocated to that ticket will be transferred to the GOLO fund for good causes.

£10 & £50 WINNING TICKETS
Can be redeemed in person by visiting The Party Company at 115 High Street, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1AQ (near the Pepperpot). You will need to present your ticket for verification.

£100 & £500 WINNING TICKETS
There are three ways to register a claim for higher value prizes. Once your claim has been registered you will be contacted and advised as to how your ticket will be verified for your prize to be paid to you.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT enclose your ticket as we cannot be held responsible if your ticket goes missing in the post. We will contact you to advise how you can collect your winnings.
