The Farncombe Day Centre has enthusiastically supported GOLO since our launch, and we were able to reward loyal customers and staff with funding for a replacement computer (December 2012). The Cellar Godalming

Every Christmas The Cellar helps bring some festive cheer to the less fortunate residents of Godalming and surrounding villages by providing 40 special Christmas Hampers. GOLO was delighted to make funds available. Pictured in The Cellar Cafe in Godalming are (front centre right) manager Debbie Portsmouth with GOLO volunteer Liz Wheatley. Chandler School Buddy Bench

The Chandler CofE Junior School in Witley places a strong focus on outdoor learning, and as part of their tansformation of the school grounds GOLO contributed (October 2012) to the cost of a Buddy Bench. The bench was handcrafted by pupils under the guidance of a local sculptor. Pictured with GOLO volunteers are some of the children carvers and head teacher Tim Burgess.
Rodborough School Craft Workshops

GOLO was invited (July 2012) to help Rodborough with their exciting new initiative giving pupils the chance to learn traditional skills inspired by the local Arts and Crafts Movement. GOLO funds are being used for the materials needed for pupils to design and handcraft a bench to be installed in the school garden.
