Who does GOLO support?
GOLO was launched in 2008 with our first public draw taking place in November of that year. Our remit is to provide much-needed funding to good causes in Godalming, Farncombe, Milford, Witley and adjacent villages. More here.

How much has GOLO raised?
Through your support and that of other community-minded local residents and visitors, local employees and their employers, GOLO has donated on your behalf over £18,000** to local good causes. Local organisations also generously support GOLO through our monthly sponsorship scheme.

How does GOLO select good causes?
Potential good causes are proposed to GOLO. Each application is assessed by the GOLO good causes committee who decide on which application to support and on how much of the available good causes funding to assign. We welcome applications from organisations operating in our catchment area - please email us for more information.
